The Signature 613 is available in 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 inches, measured to meet or exceed the selected length. Choose 150% density for refined everyday fullness or 180% density for a fuller finish.

Regularly sleeping in a human hair wig is not recommended because friction can increase tangling, matting, and wear. Remove and store the wig when possible. If occasional overnight wear is necessary, protect the hair with silk or satin and detangle it gently afterward.

Fit and stability during exercise depend on accurate measurements, correct placement, strap adjustment, movement, and activity level. Check the fit before physical activity and avoid relying on the wig for high-impact movement without appropriate professional guidance. Swimming in the wig is not recommended because chlorine, salt water, friction, and prolonged moisture can affect the hair, lace, color, and construction.

The fine Swiss HD lace is designed to blend naturally across a wide range of skin tones when properly positioned and fitted. Whether additional tinting or customization is preferred depends on individual skin tone, lighting, placement, and the desired finish. Test any lace product carefully before applying it to the full frontal area.

The standard Medium cap measures 22.5 inches / 57 cm and adjusts to approximately 21.5–23.5 inches / 55–60 cm. Accurate head measurements are important because the intended fit and lace alignment depend on correct sizing, placement, and strap adjustment.

The Signature 613 is precision-toned for a refined, cold-toned blonde appearance, but tone may change over time with wear, washing, heat, sunlight, product buildup, and chemical processing. Use sulfate-free, color-safe products and purple or blue-toned shampoo only as needed, following the product directions carefully.

Wear and longevity vary depending on frequency of use, handling, detangling, washing, heat styling, chemical processing, storage, and overall care. NobleTress does not promise a fixed lifespan. Gentle, consistent care helps preserve the hair, lace, construction, and full ends.

Wash only as needed using lukewarm water and sulfate-free, color-safe shampoo and conditioner. Detangle gently before washing, working from the ends upward. Clean in a downward motion without rubbing, twisting, or scrubbing. Condition the mid-lengths and ends while avoiding heavy buildup on the lace and roots, then gently pat dry and air dry on a wig stand whenever possible.

Handle the fine Swiss HD lace gently and avoid pulling, stretching, or scrubbing it. Remove product buildup carefully with a lace-safe cleanser and a soft cotton pad or cloth. Keep heavy conditioners and oils away from the lace and roots, and allow the lace to dry fully before storage.

Detangle the wig gently before storage and make sure it is clean and completely dry. Store it on a wig stand or in its original packaging with the hair arranged smoothly. Keep it away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and friction.

In-stock orders dispatch on the next business day via DHL International Express. Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days after dispatch, although customs clearance, destination requirements, weather, and carrier operations may affect delivery times. Each shipment includes tracking and transit insurance. A signature may be required upon delivery.

NobleTress provides complimentary worldwide shipping to eligible physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Import duties, VAT, local taxes, and customs-clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility unless NobleTress states otherwise in writing. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total.

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be returned in their original condition, with the original lace intact and uncut, free from adhesive and styling products, and returned with the original packaging.

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, include clear photos where possible. Returned items must be sent within 14 calendar days after notifying us that you wish to return them. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a NobleTress error or applicable law requires otherwise.

If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We aim to accommodate cancellation requests received within 24 hours, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing or dispatch has begun.
