Care Guidelines
The Signature 613 is made from processed, precision-toned 613 human hair. Gentle, consistent care helps preserve its smooth manageability, refined cool-toned appearance, and full, refined ends.
- Wash only as needed using lukewarm water and sulfate-free, color-safe hair care products.
- Use purple or blue-toned shampoo only as needed, following the product directions carefully.
- Detangle gently before washing, working from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb or fingers.
- Condition the mid-lengths and ends while avoiding heavy product buildup on the lace and roots.
- Gently pat dry without wringing or twisting, then air dry on a wig stand whenever possible.
- Apply heat protectant before styling and do not exceed the recommended maximum of 180°C / 356°F.
- For toning or coloring to a darker shade, use a professional colorist; further bleaching is not recommended.
- Handle the fine Swiss HD lace gently and avoid pulling or scrubbing.

Wear and longevity vary depending on frequency of use, handling, styling, chemical processing, and care.
For a change-of-mind return, review our Return & Exchange Policy before washing, wearing, cutting the lace, applying adhesive or styling products, or otherwise altering your wig. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original lace intact and uncut, free from adhesive and styling products, and returned with the original packaging. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
