Shipping policy

Every NobleTress order is handled with care. We provide complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL International Express. Each shipment includes tracking, transit insurance, and signature service.

Processing Time

In-stock orders dispatch on the next business day. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance, destination requirements, weather, and carrier operations may affect delivery times.

Delivery Requirements

Physical address required. NobleTress does not ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. A complete physical street address must be provided at checkout.

Signature service. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, local taxes, and customs-clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility unless NobleTress states otherwise in writing. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total.
