Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

At NobleTress, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no cutting, dyeing, or styling)
  • Original lace intact (un-cut)
  • No glue or styling product applied
  • All original packaging and accessories included
  • Product is in brand-new, resellable condition

Note: Custom wigs, clearance items, and hygiene products (such as hair care or tools) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@nobletress.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Ship the item within 5 business days and provide a tracking number.
  4. Upon inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

3. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a NobleTress error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items only.
  • If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not shipped.
  • Orders that have shipped or are custom-made cannot be canceled.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom wigs (custom color, size, or lace)
  • Final sale / Clearance items
  • Used, washed, or altered wigs
  • Opened or used hair care or styling products
