Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no cutting, dyeing, or styling)
  • Original lace intact (un-cut)
  • No glue or styling product applied
  • All original packaging and accessories included
  • Product is in brand-new, resellable condition

Note: Used, washed, or altered wigs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@nobletress.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Ship the item within 5 business days of approval and provide a tracking number.
  4. Upon inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

3. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a NobleTress error (e.g. wrong or damaged item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items only.
  • If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not yet shipped.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or altered wigs
  • Wigs with cut lace
  • Items missing original packaging
